Terms of Service

Legal Framework Active

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayTech Global. Accessing our networks indicates agreement to all stipulations.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, initiating API handshakes, or using the PayTech Global routing network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a financial institution or merchant organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Account Provisioning & Security

Enterprise accounts are provisioned following strict Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Know-Your-Business (KYB) verifications. Organizations are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys, client secrets, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) parameters. Any ledger transactions initiated via authorized API credentials will be deemed executed by the tenant.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, ledger architectures, dynamic routing cascade engines, proprietary cryptography algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of PayTech Global and its licensors. No license, express or implied, is granted to copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform.

4. Acceptable Platform Use

Users agree to utilize the processing stack only for authorized legal financial activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Initiating high-frequency API spam or Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
  • Processing transactions associated with unauthorized high-risk clearing categories.
  • Circumventing geographic IP fences or compliance restrictions.
  • Simulating ledger transactions for fraudulent double-spend attempts.

5. Limitation of Liability

PayTech Global provides its platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, merchant clearance failures, or temporary transaction processing network downtimes.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to API terminals and merchant accounts immediately upon notice of material breach, including unpaid platform fees, suspected fraudulent transactions, or regulatory warnings from regional central clearing banks.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international corporate laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your utilization of our global financial stack shall be submitted to binding arbitration tribunals.
