Comprehensive Invoice Generation
Allows users to create detailed, professional invoices natively. It supports multiple line items (service, quantity, unit price) with auto-calculated grand totals, alongside comprehensive client data fields including Tax IDs, Billing/Shipping addresses, custom Terms, and Notes.
Direct Email Dispatch
Includes an integrated mailing module that allows merchants to send the generated invoices—complete with the embedded Payment Links and QR Codes—directly to the client's email address straight from the platform interface.

Lifecycle Status Tracking & Auto-Reconciliation
Invoices are tracked through their financial lifecycle with distinct statuses (Pending, Paid, and Overdue). When an invoice is settled via a Payment Link or Code, the system autonomously reconciles the transaction and marks the invoice as Paid, powering accurate revenue analytics.
